Setting up OBS to Stream on either Plenty of Fish or MeetMe

Hello! Any help with setting up OBS to stream on either Plenty of Fish or MeetMe is greatly appreciated. These sites do not provide streaming keys!

maybe because those sites don't support industry standard livestreaming protocols?
Maybe those sites are forcing users into using browser/app based (so they only have one platform to support, or for any number of other reasons)? just a guess

Thank you! I see streamers on those platforms using OBS, but they don't care to share how to do it.
