Setting up OBS and VoiceMeter for multiple sources?

I have Voicemeter Banana installed, and am able to get inputs from two mics like I need, and I can send those mic audio to either headset and my HDMI receiver...but I can't get any windows/game audio coming out through anything.

Furthermore I have no idea how to set this up in OBS using sources to be able to get sound working like I need it to.

The computer should be sending all windows audio out through two headsets and my HDMI receiver but it isn't, only the mic audio. And when I have a game running I couldn't figure out how to get the mic audio to come through OBS studio, so I briefly had game audio being heard through a Twitch stream, but not through any other sources, but the mic audio could be heard through all 3 sources, but wasn't being sent through OBS to the Twitch stream.

Can somebody please help me set this up so that we can stream games, and hear all windows(game) audio through both headsets as well as our receiver(tv) while at the same time being able to accept audio from both mics and streaming all of this audio out to Twitch or whatever other streaming source I'm streaming to.

It does help a bit, I'm not able to fully check this out at the moment but in about 2 hours I'll be getting back to this.

Do you set VAIO3 as an output, or input device in OBS??

ok so I don't know what's going on with OBS but I can't seem to get any audio to come through OBS and stream out.

Otherwise voicemeter is setup as shown above

It doesn't seem to work right when I set it up as told here. Voicemeter itself is working and setup as intended.
Two mic inputs
Windows is set to send audio to Voicemeter VAIO

Outputs are setup right
A1 - Receiver
A2 - Headset
A3 - Headset

Within windows that's all working, mics can be heard in both headsets and sent out to receiver, same with all audio...... So that's working perfectly.

Where I seem to be stuck is the OBS part of it.

As per the image above I have Global Mic/Aux set to Voicemeter VAIO, with everything else disabled, and Advanced > Monitoring Device is set to Voicemeter VAIO3.

As is this gives me no audio sent to the stream at all, even when I add "Audio Input Capture(existing Device)>Mic/Aux", and "Audio Output Capture>Voicemeter VAIO3" to the "Sources" panel.

Nothing gets sent to the stream at all, no audio.

If I change "Audio Output Capture" to "Voicemeter Input VAIO" as a source then I get game audio sent to the stream but no mic audio at all.

It's my understanding that because Voicemeter is capturing the microphone audio already that it should be sending that microphone audio out to the stream along with the game audio and I shouldn't have to add our headsets as separate Sources in OBS.

Am I wrong in that understanding? because it seems like having to add the headsets as separate sources in OBS makes voicemeter almost not needed except that OBS cant output sound to 2 different headsets or something.... I forget what lead me down this path of misery lol.
