Question / Help Setting up green screen

I'm trying to set up a green screen with OBS 0.15.4, but I can't find a way to enable the chroma key, like I could in older versions. Is it even available in this version?

Sure thing. So, you add the capture device like normal, then right click on it, and then click on filters. This should open a new window. Under effect filters, click on the plus sign, then Chroma key.
