Question / Help Setting up dual pc setup, blue yeti for both pc?

Can I set up my blue yeti for both pcs? Like use it on stream pc and still talk thru teamspeak with the same microphone on gaming pc?

I heard u can jack the 3.5mm on blue yeti to my gaming pc but which input on it?
