Setting up BlackMagic Mini Recorder on OBS

I was using OBS on my Mac, but unfortunately I can't get back into that MAC. So, I have to reset it all back up on my wife's MAC. I use a Blackmagic Mini-Recorder for my broadcasts, so I am trying to figure out how to set that up in the OBS.

I stream to Irish Bill Sports Live on YouTube (which I have already set the stream code in the OBS); but I don't know how to set-up the BlackMagic in the OBS.

Can you assist?
