Setting up audio / video sync

Hello friends. I use OBS to teach courses on the internet. OBS captures the image from the camera preprocessed in other software, and therefore the video has a delay of 500 milliseconds. In order to synchronize audio and video, I use VB-CABLE Virtual Audio Device as shown in this video (https://youtu.be/MT0ub3GUbds). Now, when I select audio and video sources on the site where I broadcast, I have the option to use both the OBS virtual camera for video and VB-CABLE for audio. And I know for sure that on VB-CABLE the sound comes from OBS, because if I turn off the "listening and output" parameter against the microphone in the additional audio settings, then the sound on the broadcast disappears. But at the same time, for some reason, the "sync offset" parameter has absolutely no effect on the sound delay, the sound is still ahead of the video by 500 ms, no matter what value I put in this window, at least 10000. What could this be related to, and how can I solve my sync problem? Maybe there are other ways to adjust the delay on the microphone? I really ask for help ...
PS. If I start broadcasting to Youtube through the broadcast key, then this parameter works and adjusts the delay, but I use MeetingRoom and there is no way to broadcast through the broadcast key.

I have a very similar issue. My video source (PTZOptics camera over SDI through a Decklink card) is about 700ms behind my audio. OBS then feeds from OBS through the OBS virtual camera into Zoom. OBS Audio monitoring uses a Virtual Audio Cable to route audio from OBS to the Zoom microphone input. It appears that the sync offset parameter does not affect the OBS audio monitoring out, only the output used for streaming (this is confirmed on other posts). Are there any other known ways of implementing an audio sync offset onto the monitoring output, or routing audio to Zoom in way that uses the audio sync setting (in the same way that the output to a stream does)?

I too am experiencing this with a PTZOptics camera connected via Ethernet and sound via a Mic on a PA system. The audio and video is out by 750ms to 1000ms by the look of it. I was pointed to NDI.tv for the NDI plugin and NDI tools, but the instructions I found only related to WebCam Video & Mic Audio not IP Camera Video & Mic Audio. It did not appear to cover other camera types or configurations. Here’s the link to it if its of any hep for you. (https://youtu.be/wr9PdkX93WM) . If anyone has found a fix or workaround and would like to share I would be very grateful.

Install the Audio Monitor Plugin. After installed, in Docks, check "Audio Monitor". Right click the Audio Monitor dock and go to Outputs->Track1 and select a device to send the audio to. Send more tracks to that device if you're using more than just Track1. In the OBS Audio Mixer, go to Advanced Audio Properties and change all your audio sources to Monitor Off. Now in the device you selected for Track1, etc. you will be hearing the program output audio. In the Advanced Audio Properties, any delays you add to audio sources will now be heard as they will be streamed and/or recorded.

This plugin also allows you to send program audio to TV's attached to your computer by HDMI that you are also sending a full screen projector to.
