Setting up advanced recording for ProRes LT 4:2:2 on a Mac?

I'm setting up OBS for recording some videos that I'll be doing some color correcting on in Resolve Studio, but I can't figure out a way to set up the ffmpeg recording section for the equivalent of ProRes 4:2:2. reg or LT. All I can get seems to be the equivalent of 4:4:4 HQ, but I don't need such huge files. Is there a guide that explains how to set this up in more detail?

I also need this info. The current default recording of ProRes 4444 generates files that are much too large.
