Setting OBS to record as a Security camera.

Hello everyone,
Need your help/suggestion please.
Assume I have an AI PTZ camera for the church livestream. I want to take advantage of AI features to record video when it detect a person in the church, in another word, it will be a security camera afte mass.
Any suggestion how to do this?

I've never heard of this, I don't know if it's possible.

But I have used OBS as a security program doing constant recording with a couple webcams. It does work but isn't reliable as a dedicated program. I suggest using a clock overlay. I don't recommend motion detect ever, because if it doesn't trigger you have no way of knowing what you didn't capture. But you can record at a low bitrate since there will be little movement. CQP and a higher setting like 30 will help.
