I have posted about my OBS is forcing NVENC encoder when i dont have enough powerfullp GPU to use NVENC but i have a good enough CPU to use x264 encoder and in advanced mode its just forcing it. I can't change in OBS software so i tried to change it in a file i found a Basic.ini file in my profile and i changed it and nothing. Maybe i have to change it somewhere else? Help.
