Question / Help Set Up Help: Laptop for Wii U Streaming

Hey there,

I want to buy a cheap set up to stream my Wii U gameplay from the living room, so I looked for a Laptop plus the Avermedia Live Gamer Portable Lite.

I have an offering for a laptop with the following specs:
Intel Core i5 520M Dual-Core 2.40GHz 3 MB Intel Smart Cache
4GB DDR3-SDRAM
Intel HD Graphic

Would that work okay with the Live Gamer Portable Lite for a 720p 30 fps stream?
