Question / Help Set up for LOL stream

What is up all?

Recently my brother started streaming so i wanna do the same, the problem is, his stream is laggy and with delays and quality is not the best, He has a high end pc with a GTX 1060 and our upload speed is 20mb.

He didn't ask for help so i don't wanna make the same mistake again so here it goes.

Internet upload: always above 15mb
My PC specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
RAM: 8gb
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

So, i just installed OBS and gonfigured my twitch channel, any help is aprecciated thanks!.

For Starters begin with 720p30 and a 2000k Bitrate/Buffer Preset on Veryfast make sure you use the same Audio Settings 44.1k/48k Hz as your Audio Device on Windows. Audio Bitrate of 96.
