I'm going crazy ... I can't find a solution to this situation. (I state that I know how to use OBS Studio in a basic way)
I have to set up obs to broadcast myself and some guests live.
For guests I use obs.ninja (vdo.ninja).
But I should also send the desktop audio live (to comment on youtube videos for example), and here it starts to get complicated, as I get doubly the audio of the guests.
I am attaching an image that can better clarify the input and output flows.
