Question / Help Set NDI output to 720p

Hi is it possoble that ndi send to my second PC only 720p?
I know I could change my obs video settings but than I cant record in 1080p at the same time.

Want to do this because it is much better for the network and its useless to send 1080p to a second pc that only streams 720p to YT/Twitch.
