Question / Help Server Problems

When streaming to twitch i get a large amount of insufficient bandwith drops which causes my stream to stutter or lag yet i have 330 download and 35 upload and have called my isp and everythinjg, My pc specs are fine i have a i7 6700k and 32gb of ddr4 ram and 2 gtx 1070's. I went on the twitch inspector tool on the website and i see that my servers are all over the place so i think twitch or obs is redirecting me to a ddiferent server than the one i have selected to stream to. I select all the west coast server ( since i live in arizona ) yet i see this. Please help

I've done this. Im trying to figure out why im not going to the server i select on obs. Ive had my isp come out 32 times and they said everythings fine on there end.

Did you read the red text at the top of the thread? What evidence do you have that OBS isn't going to the selected server?

Yeah ive read it multiple times, and the twitch inspection tool shows what server im connecting too thats the evidence
