Question / Help Server and Bitrate 720p?1080p?

Hey guys I live in Vancouver BC and Im wondering what server is the best for me?
I have 25 download/2.5 Upload speeds.
Asus P8Z77-v deluxe.
i7-3770k 3.5 GHz.
16gb DDR 3 RAM.
R7950 Core edition.

Run this tool http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=326034 and pick one of the ingest servers with the least ping time.

For that upload it's recommended to stream at 720p at around 2000 bitrate with quality 5 or 6 and the preset "faster".

When i went to watch the recordings of the broadcast it would lag in one spot then continue???

Was this at around a 30min mark? Twitch now breaks up VODs into 30 minute chunks, and once you hit 30 min, 1 hour, 1 hour 30 min, etc etc, there will be a bit of a pause while it loads the next chunk.
