Bug Report Serious Warning People!!! Screen Stutter

OBS has left a serious serious problem on my computer, even after install, for the second time on a second computer.

After downloading OBS something like 6 months ago, I noticed that even though I had a nice rig and my FPS was over 140 for League of Legends, the screen was very stuttery, like non-stop. At the time I found other people complaining about this on LoL forums, but no fix anywhere that anyone was aware of. I uninstalled OBS, and it was still happening, so I assumed it could not be OBS at the time. I assumed it was LoL, and stopped playing the game for a while.

Fast forward to last week, when I downloaded OBS again to try and stream Magicka. Basically, the exact same thing happened after trying to do Game Capture and Monitor Capture for Magicka. I immediately shut down OBS, but the problem continued. i uninstalled, and problem still continued! When I checked your forums here, I found another poster with the exact same problem, but forum moderators quickly brushed him off and claimed that if OBS was uninstalled, then that could not be the problem.

I assure you, it is the problem. 1 of 2 things is happening:
1. Whatever workaround OBS creates to get the video stream from videocard to file(or stream), this workaround remains and is randomly activating itself when the program originally captured is run in fullscreen mode.
or
2. There is actually very malicious software being installed with OBS install that is not removed upon uninstall.

Either way is a serious concern, because nothing should be left over after uninstall. I've done system restore, verified files, reinstalled games, defragged, checked disks for errors, pretty much all that, and nothing fixes this problem. I still cannot run Magicka right now in fullscreen for more than a couple of minutes before this super lag returns, despite all indicators on my computer saying I am nothing close to max CPU or GPU usage.

I emailed 'Joe' asking him to call me so we could figure out what this serious problem is, but he blew me off in email with a sad story and basically refused to help or look into it. So I filed a complaint with the FTC. When I tried to come back to this forum today to send out a warning, my IP address was blocked from website. I am writing this post now on second forum login through a proxy service.

If you see this message, please copy it and/or spread the word, because this post isn't going to be up long before Joe removes it. Your entire system, credit card numbers, identity, may be compromised. You may be thinking, 'Oh that could never happen." but I assure you it is happening, and all I've gotten in response when I post or email about this problem is a big dodge.

Watch: If I was just totally off base, this message will stay up, but it's going to dissapear withing hours.

There are many other streaming software programs, don't take the chance, and warn your friends.

Obs is being used by many popular streamers who deal with thousands of dollars on their computers and people such as me who use this program for nearly 2 years. No one has reported anything and neither i have seen any strange charges on my credit card or paypal. Probably Jim blew you off because you have no idea what you have been talking about and trying to trash talk obs. You may be working for "other" streaming programs too :D

Prob help if you could post your rig setup, because the way i see it, your system doesnt seem to be able to handle streaming and gaming at the same time from what you have explained. Or you have settings adjusted inappropriately. I've been using this software along with thousands of other users and nobody has complained about what your trying to tell us. I highly doubt there are any malicious programs being attached to OBS. Otherwise you might have an issue that had already existed before u even started using OBS. OBS works similar to any other streaming software you use and the way it captures a video. Before posting stuff like this, please do more research on the matter before posting and Warning people that OBS is bad for end-users.

You know, a "nice rig" is relative. Because some guy once told me that he can run MW3 and MW2 perfectly fine and how his computer is plenty powerful, and he was getting frame drops in Black Ops 2. Turns out he was on a dual-core with a GT430, but because he could "run MW2 and MW3 just fine", he assumed every game must be the same. Also, you've posted no proof. Why not screen-record with some other program? Show us some proof that games work fine only after using OBS? Show us your settings and your computer?

Also, to foster my curiosity, I'd like to see these replies from uhh... "Joe". Got any proof as to this? I know of no "Joe" who works on OBS. I know of Jim, and others like Frostshocker on the forum who are always nice and helpful. And I've been around a LONG time. So you're sounding fishy to me bro. Just as in the above paragraph, produce us some proof and then we'll talk.

Man, people making me come out of hibernation to type to stuff like this. Hmph.
