Okay so now the crashes are far more frequent and at times it will even say I'm streaming 15 min in but everyone in chat including myself will not be able to see the video feed and it will report offline then upload as a vod. please send help.

I've looked through this and did all of the encoding issues but none seem to fix it and I still get encoding fluctuating and nothing seems to resolve it I even lowered the bit rate to 1500 and it still jumps to 2k+ ):
