Serious bugs with video streaming

I made a new scene to stream VLC video (movies, series...)
I created a playlist with all the individual files within OBS and some have subtitles that I don't want to stream. Then I disable the subtitle option but they still appear with subtitles every time I open OBS. So to disable them I have to do it manually every time but here another problem occurs: OBS crashes and the program closes. Sometimes if I do it with the video paused it doesn't crash but I have to be begging for it not to happen.

So here we have 2 serious bugs:

1) Subtitles are always on
2) Turning subtitles on/off crashes the app

I already tried to reinstall and even on another pc
