Seperating game audio and mic audio after filmimg

Hey i am new here so i am sorry of this is in the wrong section but does anyone know how to change the volume of the game audio and microphone audio after i have recorded a video? I filmed a video of me playing a game for my partner as we are long distance but after i had filmed it i realised the game music was far too loud and you cant hear any of what i am saying. Is there anyway for me to fix this and make myself audible or not? thank you so much for you're help :))

If the game audio and your voice are mixed in the same track, then no, there is no chance to change the volumes separately in postprocessing.
