Seperate sounds

Yes, and it's not currently possible at this time. OBS captures audio devices as a whole, so any audio sent to the audio device you are capturing will be captured. There is no way to separate audio from different programs at that point.
 
This would be so useful for me. I would love to see this be implemented. Maybe make it similar to the Audio Input/Output source interface where instead of choosing an audio device you choose an application, or even having it built into game capture would be super useful.
 
I was about to ask about this too.
I'd love to be able to assign audio tracks by application
IE:
Track 1 - Overwatch.exe
Track 2 - Winamp.exe

Rather than just desktop, maybe someday
