Seperate audio recording from desktop audio?

So I was doing a playthrough of a game and I realized I messed up, is there any way to separate the audio recording from a microphone from the desktop audio?

If it is all mixed in one audio track, then no, no chance to separate after recording.

If you intend to postprocess multiple audio sources separately, you need to record your audio sources to multiple audio tracks, then postprocess each track, mix them, and replace the mutiple tracks with the one mixed track in the video file.
