It seems there is no way to set a different quality setting for my permanent recording outside my live stream. My internet stream has to be 600kbps or so to run smoothly but I want my permanent recording on the hard drive to be far better quality.
I guess using the same stream for permanent recording saves a lot on cpu usage but it'd be nice if there was a "decouple" button for when you want a separate quality setting for your permanent recording.
