Sending OBS from one machine to another, the impossible task

I'd like to send the OBS output from one PC into another, and stream from that.
Been banging my head against a brick wall with this for months now.
Optins tried so far are:

1) NDI - no comment,
2) obs-teleport - my hopes were so high on this.. but sadly it only half worked, after an hour the audio went hopelessly out
3) Ghetto approach (worst way) HDMI out of one PC, into capture card into new PC, sending the audio out to a mixer using cables etc.. and then hitting "projector window out" that was so laggy, with bad framerates. but the audio worked.

It seems like the only option I have, is to literally stop streaming on one PC, and start streaming on the other. :)
Anyone manage to get a solution on this, which keeps the audio in sync too? TIA!

NDI is ideal and works for me... I've even been at home while having Covid and controlled a stream at my local football ground.

What problems are you having?

I stream music content. one of the PCs is all configured how I want it to perform my music. the newer PC, I'd like to have a different layout with Ableton for live looping. If I can combine the two by sending the 1st OBS into OBS on the new PC, i'd be able to provide a more of a mixture of content.

the issue's ive experienced are that, with NDI, and Teleport (teleport performed better) on both of them, after around an hour, the audio started to drift out.

If money is no issue, run a third pc with an avermedia dual input or perhaps a few elgato camera capture usb things for both of the music pcs. Then use the third one as the streaming PC with two input sources.
