Send iOs capture to OBS using LTE/4G?

Hello everyone !
I don't know if I'm in the correct category sorry.
I would like to have "Cameraman" who will have an iphone, and be able to retransmit what they film on live (via obs), I found solutions but this one requires you to switch to NDI, be in USB, or use the same wifi ...
but I would like it to go directly via the telephone network, that I get the stream and that it arrives on OBS so that the cameraman can even be on the other side of the world

Update : So I tried the ninja solution it's working very good, very easy to use but the quality is not optimal (720x1280) so I will use another solution too :
Use SRT And RTMP server, I tried CallabaCloud and Dacast, the both are working good and the quality is better but the price upper aha

in obs.ninja you can choice resolution, bitrate or any other settings.
You have only hardware limitations from sending side and networks.
