Yesterday I decided it was probably a good idea to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 since they said it was only free for a limited time. After the upgrade was completed I went into a game (Rust) to see if everything was fine, but it wasn't. I noticed that my FPS were barely scraping by at 18fps on the lowest possible settings. Then after some research I figured that it must have been my drivers not being updated, so I went into my Geforce Experience desktop app, downloaded and installed the necessary updates. Turns out it was the server I was testing on that made my fps so terrible.
Here's where the main problem occurred. As I was streaming (using game/window capture) I noticed that the game fps for me was just fine, but my viewers were seeing the game in about 10-14 fps (making it extremely unwatchable). I even switched games a few times to make sure it wasn't that particular game's fault, which leads me to believe that this is possibly a problem with OBS and windows 10. The only game-type that worked were very low end games like flash games.
I also encountered a separate issue with the monitor capture; it just flat out didn't work. When I attempted to switch to capturing my monitor, I only got a black screen.
Thanks!
