Selection GPU AV1 4k60

I would like to be able to stream on Twitch in 4k60.
The signal arrives at the PC via USB or SDI.

Which GPU do I need for encoding? Is an RTX4060 enough?

twitch does not support av1 yet, it will take years before twitch will enable av1 encoding
