Selecting Video Decoder

I have Obs Studio Version 29 connected to my Elgato Video Capture card.

When selecting Configure Video, the Video Decoder selects SECAM_B although I should use PAL_B.
I am trying to capture old Hi8 PAL home recordings to my computer in 4:3 format as 640x480.
I can select PAL_B and click Apply, but as soon as I go back into Properties, it has again selected SECAM_B.

I have tried to add another profile, but that does not make any difference.

I am running Windows 11 version 23H2.

Does it work? If the user interface is broken but it still does what you need, just go ahead and use it until it doesn't.

This problem could be anywhere between the actual UI and the firmware in the card, leaning somewhat towards the card.
