Selected 320kbps but the audio generated in the video is 136kbps. Why?

You probably configured some streaming service. Many streaming services recommend or require some audio bitrate, and OBS will enforce that bitrate on audio track 1, because track 1 is the track used for streaming. To stop this from happening, go to settings->Stream and unconfigure any streaming service or activate the "Ignore streaming service setting recommendations" setting.

I don't have any streaming service established. I attach screenshots of the emission and output tabs -> emission. The option that tells me to activate 'Ignore transmission service configuration recommendations' I cannot since as I said before I do not have any service of that type established. Any ideas? Could this be a bug to report?

Update, settings->Stream and unconfigure any streaming service or activate the "Ignore streaming service setting recommendations" not working for me.

from what I was investigated is some kind of error related to the windows audio driver. Installing this version of Itunes and restarting OBS solved it, currently recording at 320 kbps already.
