Question / Help select audio output

Is it possible to select an audio output? I would like the sound to go to a device like this:

That's probably whats audio monitoring in OBS was made for. In Settings->Advanced choose your headpone as Audio Monitoring device and in Mixer->right click->Advanced Audio properties set "Monitor only" instead of "Monitor off" for the inputs you want to monitor.
Be careful to not create a feedback loop.
