Question / Help Seeking Recommendations..

Hey guys,

Basically these are my speeds:

Yet I drop frames when I have my bitrate about ~1200, whereas I understand I should be able to have it much larger.
I am in Australia so I don't know if that effects connection... (yes those speeds do live in aus)

Any suggestions on how I can up my stream quality?
