Question / Help "See Later Section" WHERE IS IT????

I know this must seem bizarre but I've downloaded the Advanced Scene Switcher and I get to #5 and it says "Configure the settings. (See Later Section)" And I of course see no way to get to the "Later Section" Is there something I should click on? Search for?
