Question / Help Second video capture device not showing up

Im trying to stream on obs with facecam and capturing the problem I am running into is that when I go to add the second media capture it doesn't show anything but I can get them show up individually like webcam then my capture card but the second one is blank and vice versa.

Move the devices to different USB hubs if possible, you're likely exceeding the USB controller bandwidth.

And not all video capture devices allow for having multiple of the same model active at the same time.
