PROBLEM IS NOT RELATED TO OBS ANYMORE!!!
Hello,
I really hope I can find help here. Im using OBS for a long time now and it always worked perfectly for me. But now I updated my computer to the newest version of Windows 7 and I have problems with my second monitor that I use for the chat. Everytime when I open a game in Fullscreen, what I always use for my games, it glitches the complete second monitor out with changing window sizes and graphic glitches. Of course it only occures when I'm using OBS (otherwise I would ask somewhere else). It seems like it only happens when I have a browser windows opened on my second monitor. But it doesn't matter which browser (tried IE, Firefox and Chrome).
Now to my question which should be obvious at this point: What causes this problem and how can I fix this?
If there are problems with understanding my explanation of the problems or you need further information feel free to ask.
Other information:
Software: OBS v0.657b
OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
tested browser: Chrome, Firefox, IE
tested games/software in Fullscreen: Osu!, Dark Souls 3, Overwatch
I hope you guys and girls can help me!
- Sakul
Update1: I now tested OBS Studio as well with the same problem
Update2: It seems like the problem is NOT caused by OBS. The problem seems to be just the windows basic mode that OBS forces. This is sadly still not the answer of how I can fix this problem but I now know that it isn't directly related to OBS. But maybe someone in this forum has experienced the same problem and found a solution. I will keep searching for a solution and will post it here so others with the same problem have an easier time.
Sorry, that i posted this question here even though it's not OBS related anymore.
