Question / Help Second Monitor turns to 60 hz when OBS is open

As the title says, whenever I open OBS, my second monitor's refresh rate turns to 60, I drop no frames, they stay exactly the same but my 144 hz monitor turns to 60.
Any ideas?

That's normal behaviour of MS Windows, when you try to display something with GPU hardware acceleration on two monitors with different refreshrates.
Disable OBS preview or don't open programs with Hardwareacceleration on the 60Hz monitor.
