Question / Help Second monitor is showing extreme lag

Ok, so when I stream My second monitor shows that the stream is really laggy like 1 fps every 3 seconds but no one else is getting lag It dose this for about 4 to 5 min then gets normal. Also when I go back to look at it after the stream it looks fine no lag or small lag spikes to be seen. any tips on how to fix this would be great. I suppose its not to big of a deal but its kinda annoying. Again any help would be great to fix this nasty problem.

yeah viewers have no lag but I do. Not sure how to fix it.

Well as long as they don't see it and/or it's not happening in file output either, then you should be able to ignore it unless it's affecting you in some other way. Though it does sound strange, I'm not entirely sure what to suggest.

So you're watching your own stream, or watching the OBS preview window? Because if you're watching your own stream, and if you're streaming to Twitch (your log didn't actually have a streaming session included), then it's likely just a buffering issue, where you're having trouble with having enough network throughput to download your stream fast enough to watch it smoothly while you stream.
