I’m using OBS Studio 32.2.1 on Windows 11.
Browser Sources work normally in my first OBS instance, but when I open a second instance, all Browser Sources are completely blank. I only see the red source outline.
I’ve already tried:
My logs show that obs-browser loads, but CEF fails to initialize in the second instance with exit code 24.

The first OBS instance continues to display Browser Sources normally.

I’ve already tried:
- Resetting the docks
- Creating a brand-new Browser Source in the second instance
- Disabling Browser Source hardware acceleration
- Checking that obs-browser.dll is installed
- Closing OBS completely and reopening it
