Question / Help Seattle Server?

I'm looking through the servers available for most twitch streams and there's always the "Seattle Washington" server to upload through for twitch. I can't find it in my list. Like, at all.

Edit: It's also missing the San Jose server.

They are probably new servers and haven't been added yet, until then use the Custom option in the stream service dropdown.
