SCTE-35 Ad Markers

Has anyone attempted to insert SCTE-35 ad markers into a broadcast RTMP > HLS (m3u8) feed encoded in OBS?

Curious if there's a way to insert markers into the end feed using a service like AWS Media Tailor?

Also curious on this, as well as support for embedded captions on a live input source. All I can find is info on adding captions to a feed with OBS, but not passing them through on embedded 608/708 captions.
