Question / Help Scrolling Text

Hey guys.
Used the scrolling text feature for the first time in a stream last night. I have a couple of questions;

1) Is the text length limited. I seemed to be able to only make a message of about 120 characters in length?
2) is there a way to extend this as the message didn't convey what I wanted to.
3) is the only option stacked scrolling text areas?

1.) Text length is not limited, but it is limited by size. It cuts off the texture at 8192 width/height.
2.) In the future maybe, for the time being recommendation would be to lower text size and stretch it a bit to give yourself a bit more texture space
3.) I don't know what you mean by stacked scrolling text areas
