Question / Help Scrolling Text Space

How do I create space for scrolling text? When doing a test for scrolling (as a text test example here I'm using: John) When I test using 'John',,,it shows up as JohnJohnJohnJohnJohn instead of what I want it to be....John John John John.

Any suggestions?

You can define custom width via extents and width limit, thus some empty space left...

Do I do that in Filters where I use Scrolling feature?

Use Custom Text Extents in Text (GDI+) source properties.
Limit Width - by Scroll filter properties.
