Question / Help Scrolling Text (read from file) Issue

I currently have my Recent Donations and Recent Followers set up to read from a file and to scroll the text. I use a crop filter to size it to my webcam overlay boxes but for some reason every time I get a new follower or new donation the crop disappears and goes out of whack. Is this because it's adding more text inside of the file on Stream Labs and creating a issue with the previous crop? I've tried multiple things to fix this but nothing seems to be working.
