HOW DO I LOAD A SCRIPT INTO THE TELEPROMPTER AND NOT HAVE TO GO BACK IN AND ADD SPACES BETWEEN EACH ANCHORS LINES?

As far as I know, OBS Studio don't have a teleprompter feature.

Perhaps you installed a plugin or Lua/Python script that adds this to OBS. You should contact the dev of this plugin in order to get assistance over it.
