How can we get automatic screenshot continuously with in particular time?

You cannot. OBS is a movie recorder, not a screenshot creating tool, so you might get away with creating a video with very low fps, for example with 1/10 fps to have 1 frame every 10 seconds. By using CQP or CRF as rate control and not CBR, the size of the resulting video will be very small, just like distinct screenshots would be - probably even smaller.
