Question / Help Screencapture of Monitor only Updating while Moving Mouse when HDR is enabled

This only happens when HDR is enabled in Windows on those specific monitors

HI, i´m having the same problem i bought an LG HDR monitor and when i activate the HDR option in windows the screencapture freezes except the mouse and sometimes when i move the mouse the image refreshes.
