Screen weirdness

On the main monitor screen it has two screen shots. Exactly the same. When recording live, it has those two screen shots in the live video. How do I remove them and get back to screen #1 preview and screen #2 actual live feed?

Can anyone help me get rid of all the windows..ie; HDMI 2 3 ETC, STILL 1234 AND how do I not record both screens as shown .

That's the feed coming from your switcher, it's outside of obs.

I think I want to say thank you...I am truly a newbie and trying to learn. Not a sweet spot of mine, so please don't amputate your hands and I'm actually impressed that after your amputation, you still have fingers to count with.
