screen turns white and ruins the photo imaged

when i record in 4k metro exodus the beginning screen turns all washed out white and I don't know how to fix it here's a photo

Do you have HDR enabled?

Yes could that be the issue

Not just "could"

OBS is not currently compatible with HDR.
