Question / Help Screen turns green when entering cutscene

I am using DXtory and OBS to produce local recording of my gameplay, but when the game transitions in to a cutscene the video turns green. Audio recording is fine.

I'm not sure if this is OBS losing the game because the cutscene is being registered differently to gameplay or if DXtory is losing the plot.

Any ideas?
