I have been experiencing serious screen tearing with my GTX 770 2gb, and after experimenting for a week or 2, I found that with Windows Aero enabled, there was no tearing, but when OBS was open and OBS disabled Aero, there would be tearing. Unchecking the "Disable Aero" in my OBS Video Settings fixed my problem, I thought I'd let the find folks here know just in case anyone was having similar issues or someone could find the more direct source of this problem.
