Question / Help Screen tearing ingame while recording locally

Hey there,
I experience a lot of screen tearing and edgy movement INGAME and in the video while recording locally.
My FPS arent limited/do not hit the 300 fps limit of the game and VSync has to stay off because i play CS:GO and the added inputlagg would be even worse than tearing+choppy movement.
Since my CPU does not cap, is there any way to fix this or is it just unavoidable when you record without capture card?

The log i postet has some test 60fps recordings in the beginning, which can be ignored.
from 23:29:22 on there is a recording on 30 fps.

Thanks in advance for your help :)

With that bitrate you might want to turn on CBR, check the custom buffer size box and set it to 0, also if you changed the encoding preset in advanced from veryfast to something slower (not recommended) set it back to veryfast, if you didn't then try using superfast or even ultrafast.

1st Why would a fixed bitrate prevent tearing? - Remember the tearing happends INGAME too and while having stable FPS.
2nd I am using quicksync, so there are no veryfast/ultrafast preset but qualities from 1 to 10.
3rd Since my fps are ok and my CPU does not cap, why should these quality settings affect screen tearing?
