Hi I'm currently using a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition to stream my Xbox One games.
I stream at 720p, 30fps and my upload speed is 12Mbps.
Whenever I stream I randomly get a horizontal screen tear on my stream, sometimes the screen tear is worse than other times but it is all random.
I'm using a laptop with Windows 7 intel core i5-2430M 2.4GHz, 6GB RAM and Geforce GT 635M.
I have to use window capture with aero disabled because then it just ends up being a black screen.
